Vortex spinning has wide adaptability: it can process spun yarns and blended yarns with different fiber lengths. It can spin 10 tex (60s) pure spinning or blended yarn, and spinning 18s ~ 45s is the most suitable from the point of view of actual use.

The entire spinning process of vortex spinning is monitored by the electronic system. When yarn defects are found, they are automatically removed. The entire spinning process is fully automatic and continuous. If a problematic spindle is found, spinning can be automatically stopped for a single spindle.

These are available in the range Ne10s to Ne60s. The regular blends are 93/5/2 meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat fibre, 95/5 meta-aramid/para-aramid and 75/23/2meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat fibre. Suitable for Protective Clothing, Labor Protection, Industrial application and sewing threads.
